I just purchased my first Audi from Lakeland Audi! I’m so pleased and happy with the experience I had there, from the second we walked in I didn’t feel the normal pressure you feel when you walk into a dealership. I was in and out in time for lunch . Dennis was awesome , it’s great to work and speak to car another car enthusiast. I was a good process to speak with basically one person instead of moving to 3-4 different offices. I never felt pressure to anything I didn’t want for Audi . In love with my S5 purchase . I needed a vehicle that was AWD and had tow capacity more than the typical mid size SUV, and had been very interested in a Q7. I spent alot of time looking online, and at my local dealership on the east coast. They were horrible, so I found a vehicle at the Lakeland dealership I was interested in. I called and set up an appointment to see the vehicle. It is just over a 2 hour drive for me to get there. My salesmans name was Nick, and my wife and I really liked the vehicle and we made a deal that was even better than the online pricing that led me to them, so we bought the Q7. It was quick and easy process. I got great financing thru Audi, as well as a great deal. I will be having a factory tow hitch installed by them next week. I wanted one from the manufacturer and installed by the dealer to insure I have the maximum capacity hitch for the vehicle, as well as protecting all warranties. This is my second Audi, and I plan to keep it for a long time
